Our mortgage advisor Jeff was spot on, he was always there at the end of a call/text or email to give us advice or answer any of our questions, with us being first time buyers we had plenty to ask! Nothing was ever too much, he was great!
Donald our case processing administrator again he was also brilliant, always responded to us quickly and answered any questions. Donald was nice enough to give us a call over the weekend we were due to move into our hours to ask how the move went, unfortunately the move didn't go to plan and we were postponed a week, however it was a very thoughtful thing to do.
I will most definitely use this company again when we review on mortgage in 2 years time, and also recommend them to any friends or family looking for mortgage advice.
