When i went back to pick up my car they didn’t manage to get around to look at it (again) but gave me the car back with scratches on the rear side and the key chewed by his dog. Steve, the owner promised me, he would order a new case and fix the key. After half a year.... nothing happened. Then he finally ordered a new case for the key but it didn’t fit my car so didn’t work. After this he promised me, he was going to order one from volkswagen dealer and he would contact me when i need to go to pick the key up with my v5. Other half a year and heard nothing about it... been messages, calling, but no response... I went back to the garage yesterday and he forgot everything... Didn’t remember me, my damaged key or that he promised me to order a new key... “Sorry pal, I can’t remember” and he was laughing at me. The original issue with the car was sorted by an other garage for the first time and didn’t need to spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds each time they was unsuccessful fixing it!!! It is a very bad garage and very bad owner with very bad attitude. I would NEVER recommend.
